Step System Automation Fermentation Machines

Step type fermentation systems are the most ideal solutions for the automatic bread production lines, which require flexible fermentation time, delicate product fermentation and minimum space availability.

The system is designed with 2 to 4 compartments. The pans, trays or peel-boards loaded in the machine are subject to fermentation process by moving them up and then down step by step.
