Features

• Heated oil up to 310 °C in the central heating boiler is transferred to the ovens with main circulation pump.
• Each oven is equipped with its individual circulation pump and oven is heated through the oil transfer in the heating plates located at the above and under each shelf.
• The central heating boiler can support more than one oven which makes the production more economical by only using single burner.
• When set baking temperature is achieved, oil is bypassed to the central heater through an automatic valve system and oil is circulated within the oven providing homogenous heat distribution.
• When the measured baking temperature is below set temperature, automatic valve system allows the oil transfer into the oven to keep the baking temperature at a constant level.
• Ideal and balanced baking is achieved as a result of balanced heat distribution, high volume steam and stable baking temperature.
• Efficient operation with the benefit of easy rack loading and unloading
• Special designed heating plates placed above and under each shelf providing an homogenous bake throughout the baking process.
