Sarmaşık TNS Series Single Deck Tunnel Ovens are designed for industrial bakeries for high capacity continuous production. Heated air is circulated throughout the upper and lower air canals of the baking zones to radiate the required heat to the baking chamber indirectly.
Energy provided in the burning chamber on the top of the oven with burning gas or diesel and transferred with heat circulation fan. Heat circulation in the baking chamber between the special designed radiators located parallel at the bottom and the top of the chamber.
Oven size obtained by joining separate cabins.
Baking band width of 2.0 - 2.5 - 3.0 meters and band length varying from 16.0 meters to 40.0 meters offering wide options to the bakers
Ovens larger than 72 m² are fed from two separate burning chamber.
A single or double cab turbulence system is added to the oven for perfect baking related to oven size.
Ovens conveyor manufactured as mesh belt tor stone hearth.
Problem-free stone-hearth conveyor which are specially manufactured in 100mm width
Sensor controlled belt regulation system adjusting the belt movement while also extending the belt-life
Hydraulic belt tensioning system correcting any mechanical or thermal deviations
